This community service program was carried out in Cilimus Village, Cilimus District, Kuningan Regency, with a focus on increasing public health literacy through education about the dangers of early marriage. The phenomenon of child marriage is still a prominent issue in several areas of Kuningan, including Cilimus Village, which is characterized by cases of marriage that are carried out before the couple reaches physically, psychologically, and socially mature age. Through counseling activities, group discussions, and community assistance, this program seeks to provide a comprehensive understanding to the residents of Cilimus Village about the risks of early marriage, both in terms of reproductive health, mental readiness, and its impact on the quality of family life. The method of implementing the activity includes field observations, educational approaches, and informal interviews with residents and community leaders to identify factors that affect the occurrence of child marriage in this village. The results of the activity showed that the people of Cilimus Village had a high enthusiasm for counseling, especially because most of the participants had never obtained data-based information and medical approaches regarding the dangers of early marriage. This activity provides a significant change in knowledge and encourages the creation of a joint commitment between residents, village leaders, and educational institutions to protect the younger generation from imideal marriage practices.
